3. Consultation Bookings

Free consultations are offered at our discretion and may be modified, rescheduled, or canceled at any time.

Booking a consultation does not create an ongoing client relationship or guarantee future services.

5. Intellectual Property

• Cortex retains ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, templates, software, prompts, internal tools, and proprietary materials.
• Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables created specifically for their business.
• You may not copy, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without written permission.

Third-party software, APIs, and AI platforms remain the property of their respective owners.

6. AI Services

Our services may utilize third-party AI providers, including large language models and automation platforms.

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable results, AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. Clients are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them in business operations.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every use case.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and will not intentionally disclose confidential business information except:

• with your permission;
• to trusted service providers who assist in delivering our services;
• when required by law; or
• to protect our legal rights.

8. Fees and Payment

Fees, payment schedules, and project scope will be specified in separate proposals or agreements.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments are non-refundable once services have been delivered.
